Charles J. Brown III
Charles Brown concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, real estate, business law, commercial litigation and commercial collections. Charlie has represented trustees, receivers, creditors’ committees, debtors and creditors. Prior to joining GSBB Law, Charlie chaired the bankruptcy practice at a Wilmington litigation firm and managed the Delaware office at a regional firm. Charlie was born in Wilmington, Delaware and was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Dale Cathell of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and an Intern to the Honorable Denise Johnson of the Vermont Supreme Court. He is an adjunct professor at Wilmington University in its business college.
