Bradley P. Lehman
Brad practices in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. He has significant experience practicing before Delaware’s Court of Chancery, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, and Superior Court, in both lead and local counsel capacities.
Brad's experience includes representation of creditors and debtors in bankruptcy litigation, as well as matters involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duty and violations of Delaware corporate law, shareholder derivative actions, contested corporate elections and books and records requests, disputes concerning the interpretation of corporate governing documents, breach of contract, product and premises liability, and similar matters.
Prior to joining Gellert Seitz Busenkell & Brown, Brad practiced at the Wilmington office of a mid-sized firm focusing on corporate and commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
